Good service room and good breakfast. The best choice for this money in the London centre.
The only positive thing about the hanover Hotel is the staff.
The room was not clean, the bedspreads looked like they had been there since the 80's and had stains on. The curtains were hanging off on one side and the voiles were dirty and very creased. The bathroom looked clean but smelt so damp that we had to keep the door shut at all times. The Tv had limited channels and the colour was bright orange on all sides. Very dissapointed!
The hotel is in Central London just five minutes walk from trains, tubes and buses. The hotel staff were helpful with all our needs. The rooms are all comfortable exceptionally clean and warm.
Hello. The Hotel is nice and nice renovatet. Good price/ power system. We come again, even the bad points. See you Mister Patel.
Hello. We didn't like the Breakfast. We found it not good enough. Not a lot of different things to receive. We found that the marmelade and the cheese smells not like it should be and the croissant was also not really good. We bought the marmelade by our self. Fortunately there was some toast. In our room number 7 the door opens the wrong way. No space in the bathroom.
Couldnt wait to get out, sheets smelt. Very noisy, windows rattled, no lights by the bed, all three cups were chipped, bathroom very basic know where to put toiletries - breakfast: clearly staff not ready at 7,30am - no water in tea urn, only one small tin of fruit in bowl and the ceiling looked as if it was going to collapse. :
Small room with 3 x 5 feet room to move although it was clean a clean ensuite with all facilities, unfortunately narrow steps with no lift. Breakfast could have been improved, cutleries could have been dried!!
Location is great. Victoria station is 5 minutes away. The staff was very friendly and any time we needed something, they were willing to help. Room was a bit small, but clean and nights were warm. Breakfast was good and even though every day was the same, they had a lot of choice and you can eat as much as you want.
Everything was OK. They are renovating the hotel and when they will finish, it will really be great.
the room was clean and big.
it was cold at night and there were no duvets or anything warm in the room, only very thin sheet. the room was facing the road and it was rather noisy at night.
Hotel is close to all main attractions, sufficient breakfast (warm toast on each table), free WiFi, you don't need UK adaptor (there's 1 European plug), good value for the money
Dirty curtains, no lamp close to the bed (you need to get up to turn on/off the light).
The location was perfect, well reachable day-night. The room was spacious.
We've asked them to get a nice park-looking room, instead we god a terrible backdoor looking one.
It is an excellent hotel: cheap, very good and with excellent location. The breakfeast is excellent also!
The hotel is very silent and peaceful at night (perfect to sleep after a long day of walking). Breakfast is abundant enough. Great location (Victoria station ,Victoria coach station and Pimlico tube station are close to the hotel)
Our room was very small and not clean at all. Bed linen, blankets and towels were a bit dirty.
Location was good, 5min walk from Victoria Station.
Breakfast is very poor and the 4-bed room is very small. Couldn't fit all luggage in.
For the modest price i paid, it was clean, comfortable and the breakfast sufficient for my needs
Good location, ease of check in, good shower
Breakfast room was rather cramped with too many tables. Breakfast staff were all too eager to clean up and take away food which I hadn't finished eating!
